News: October 2017
Bain & Company is one of Rare's latest clients

We are pleased to announce that Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm, is working with Rare this recruitment season. Bain is working with Rare to attract and develop talented candidates, as well as using Rare’s Contextual Recruitment System (CRS) to recognise candidates’ achievements in the context in which they were gained.

Bain will be giving Rare candidates an insight into its firm – voted the ‘Best place to work’ by the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award and a recognised leader in terms of workplace culture – through exclusive insight days and events. Rare has supported its candidates in applying to Bain’s Associate Consultant roles.

Bain advises clients on strategy, operations, information technology, organisation, private equity, digital transformation and strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, developing practical, customised insights that clients act on and transfer skills that make changes stick.  This year, the company expects to hire its largest class ever this year, making now a perfect time to apply for a career with the firm.

“We believe having diverse teams is critical in helping us achieve better results for our clients and ourselves, and we are delighted to partner with Rare as we continue to identify candidates with exceptional talent and ability.”

Alexia Panayiotou, Senior Manager, Recruiting, Bain & Company, London

"We are pleased that Bain & Company has become the latest consulting firm to adopt the CRS.  This move, alongside becoming an Attraction & Development client, is a statement of the firm's commitment to finding outstanding talent from a diverse range of backgrounds.  We look forward to working with Bain & Company to help them recruit more impressive candidates."

Raph Mokades, Managing Director, Rare

Applications have now closed for this season, but eligible candidates should contact Rare to find out more.
