This week Rare’s Contextual Recruitment System (CRS) was recognised as the best ‘Innovation in Recruitment’, at The Recruiter magazine awards, beating seven other contenders for the award. Rare’s CRS, a tool which allows recruiters to see candidate achievement in context, has now been adopted by over 25 elite firms, including Barclays, Clifford Chance and Deloitte.
Each year, The Recruiter organises one of the most prestigious nights in the recruitment industry - the Recruiter Awards. Held on Wednesday 4th May at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, the event was a celebration and recognition of the best work and practice within the recruitment industry.
Attended by a multitude of recruitment agencies, in-house recruitment teams, RPO teams and individuals, the 26 award categories ranged from Best Candidate Experience to Best Client Service.
Rare’s Managing Director Raphael Mokades says “We are delighted that The Recruiter magazine and the wider industry has recognised Rare in this way. As the CRS has only been live for six months, it has been fantastic to see the impact it is starting to have on recruitment. We look forward to sharing the results it will continue to bring, giving people from less advantaged backgrounds a real opportunity at the start of their careers.”
