In other words, for every point of contact a brand might have with a consumer or business audience, one of their companies (each with its own distinctive area of expertise and identity) can help to enhance the experience. They're offering a summer internship programme to attract ethnic minority candidates to the marketing communications industry. The Micro Fellowship is a scaled down version of WPP's highly competitive Fellowship programme.
