The Rare Model

Rare candidates choose to apply to you, often following an insight event they have attended at your firm.

Rare candidates apply in the same way as any other candidate to your firm: the same application form, sit the same numerical and verbal tests, and do the same interviews and assessment centres.

Rare candidates compete against everybody else for jobs and internships – no special favours, no quotas. It’s tough, but when our candidates get in you know they have done so on their own merits.
