The NHS is Europe’s single largest organisation and provides a wonderful opportunity to work in the public sector. We were delighted to host an event for our candidates where they could find out more about the NHS’s Graduate Management Training Scheme. Candidates had a chance to meet successful trainees and hear presentations from a variety of speakers. One candidate said that she had gained ‘more insight into the application process’ and that after attending the event she was ‘even more encouraged to apply to the scheme’. We were especially pleased that Hannah Dennison was able to attend. Hannah is a Rare candidate who gained a place on the scheme last year and her excitement about her current role was a real inspiration.
