Dwayne Goode is the new face of Bank of America Merrill Lynch

With five Rare boys making the first ever Rare Rising Stars list and another one revealed as the face of L’Oréal's new recruitment campaign, our male candidates have certainly had a good summer.

Not to be left out, sometime DJ, goalkeeper and all-around good guy Dwayne Goode has now been profiled in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s latest recruitment campaign.

The two financial powerhouses merged in the new year, but Dwayne first secured an internship at Merrill Lynch in 2007, with Rare's help. Impressed by the exposure he was given in just a few weeks, fiercely ambitious Dwayne decided to pursue a full-time role with the firm. Fast forward two years and he is now a Senior Specialist in Enterprise Technology & Delivery. He loves his job.

He also loves to DJ, and with several BBC 1Xtra and Notting Hill Carnival appearances under his belt, there is no disputing Jamaican-born Dwayne’s talent. He admits that with the demands of work, he doesn’t mix music as much as he used to but still finds time to share some of his tunes with Rare.

Dwayne advises anyone who is considering an opportunity at Bank of America Merrill Lynch to do their research. “Try and find an area and opportunity that you like. The job takes a lot of time, so it would be good if it was spent doing something you enjoy”.
