We are delighted to announce that we have been selected to run a bespoke coaching and development programme for the Civil Service Fast Stream graduate programme.
The aim of the programme is to help successful candidates from the Civil Service Summer Diversity Programme to go on and gain a place on the Civil Service Fast Stream accelerated graduate programme. The Fast Stream is one of the most respected graduate programmes and is ranked in the top 5 of the Top 100 Graduate Employers, attracting in the region of twenty thousand applications each year for around 500 places.
Successful candidates will receive bespoke, one-to-one coaching on interview technique, presentation and writing skills and much more. Each candidate will receive almost twenty-five hours of personal coaching during the programme.
Daniel Mokades, Rare’s director of assessment and training, explains: “Last year, we ran a pilot programme for the Civil Service Fast Stream Summer Diversity Internship Programme and we had a good success rate with getting candidates onto the Fast Stream. This year, we have refined our techniques and we’ll be coaching a pool of candidates in a much more intensive manner. I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved already and I’m delighted that the Civil Service Fast Stream team has shown their belief in our ability to deliver this programme. We are confident but not in the slightest bit complacent about this challenge; the Fast Stream is one of the most competitive graduate programmes and we are determined to help these candidates win a place on it.”
Rhonda Calder, Head of Fast Stream Marketing & Diversity & Margaret Prythergch, Chief Assessor for the Fast Stream, the Cabinet Office said: “We are delighted to have appointed Rare Recruitment to run this programme in partnership with the Cabinet Office. They have demonstrated, through the pilot coaching programme, their ability to motivate and develop candidates to get tangible results. We are confident that their drive and passion, coupled with their expertise in this area will yield real results”.
