We are thrilled to announce that Anna Dawes has joined the team as our new Director of Financial Services Recruitment. She brings invaluable experience, having worked for three and a half years at Goldman Sachs. In her role at GS, Anna worked closely with Rare as an Associate in the Global Leadership and Diversity team, pioneering a new outreach programme for first year students as well as working on strengthening Goldman’s pipeline of BME candidates.

Anna is especially passionate about our excellent standard of service. She says ‘I wanted to be part of a team which has consistently demonstrated huge energy and enthusiasm in finding the best jobs for the best people.’

Anna has big plans for her role at Rare. She is particularly excited by our growth and looks forward to cementing our strong reputation for bringing the very best candidates to our world class clients. She is also taking a very active role in growing the business and expanding our client base.
