Rare Recruitment is pleased to announce the launch of Recruiting Arabic-Speaking Graduates, the first comprehensive examination of Arabic-speaking students in the UK for twenty years. The report will be launched at Prism, 147 Leadenhall Street, London, at 8:30am on 27th January.
The report looks at three categories – international students from Arabic-speaking countries, British students of Arab origin, and British students of non-Arab origin who are studying Arabic. It examines how many students there are in each group, where they are studying, and which messages appeal to each group. Using research data, the report suggests Nine Steps to Success – key tactics to use when recruiting Arabic-speaking students.
The report was written by Nussaibah Younis and Raphael Mokades. Nussaibah Younis is expert on the Arab world who has lived and worked in the UK and the Gulf. She is currently a recipient of a prestigious academic scholarship awarded by the Centre for the Advanced Study of the Arab World. Raphael Mokades, Managing Director of Rare, is an expert in recruiting high quality graduates from minority groups.
