Our summer event was hosted by Sir David Bell, Director for People at Pearson. David is also Chairman of the Financial Times and Chairman of Pearson Inc.  Sir David made a guest appearance and spoke on the topic, “My career in business – how I got to where I am.”  His talk was inspiring and particularly relevant given the current climate; it also paved the way for an interesting Q & A session.  We are grateful he took time out to talk to the RCN and look forward to other fantastic speakers in the future.  As always we enjoyed a night of free food, drinks, great company and - despite the rain - amazing views of the city.
