We have helped WPP hire 7 Fellows and Associate Fellows from an exceptionally wide range of backgrounds. ubs investment bank![]() We have been working for UBS Investment Bank since 2005 and in that time have made sixteeninternship and graduate placements. We have traditionally focused on the race diversity agenda and have also successfully helped the bank recruit for specific language requirements. slaughter and may![]() We have been working for Slaughter and May since 2006. In that time, we have helped eight people get training contracts and eleven people get vacation schemes. L’Oréal![]() In December 2007 we ran an event for L’Oréal attended by 50 carefully selected students. Six of those students subsequently applied for internships and all six were successful. We subsequently held a second event with L’Oréal in September 2008 and made five graduate scheme and internship placements during the course of the year. Our third event took place in September 2009 and one attendee has already been hired by the firm. civil service![]() In December 2008 the Civil Service engaged Rare to help guide and mentor ten students who had completed the Summer Diversity Programme. Three candidates subsequently gained Fast Stream offers. This year Rare is running an expanded Initial Coaching Programme, or ICP, woth 25 students. news
