• The interview will focus mainly on motivations, future ambitions and what you’ve done so far. At interview you will complete a writing exercise. This will be a bespoke in house exercise which is designed to test your ability to assimilate and synthesize information under time pressure.
• Candidates who have completed the Rare Summer Internship will be fast-tracked to final round.
