career progression

  • Talent rises quickly at Rare. On completion of your 2 years we would envisage you going onto a salary in the region of £30,000.
  • Dan joined in September 2005. He has since become a specialist in assessment and training. Dan has participated in assessment processes with four different clients and has qualified as an Executive Coach.
  • Lianne joined the business in December 2007 on a three month contract. She has since been promoted twice and is now the Director of Legal Recruitment. Lianne also sits on Rare's Advisory Board.
  • Rachel joined Rare as the Marketing Executive in May 2008. She has travelled up and down the country to various universities. Rachel has managed to further her music career whilst working at Rare. She has been successful in both careers as she was nominated for a MOBO award and has been promoted to Marketing Manager.
  • Kura started at Rare on a six month contract as Communications Executive. She has been promoted twice and is now Recruitment Manager. She was given a three month sabbatical at the end of her first year to study French in Marrakech, Montreal and Paris. Kura was sent on secondment to New York in her second year at Rare.
  • Yewande joined the business as an intern in July 2008. She continued to work for Rare part-time throughout her degree and then worked for a year at Rare. Yewande gained a place on the prestigious WPP Fellowship through Rare and she now sits on Rare’s Advisory Board.
